Example of why Germany is cheap: Hochschule Wismar's English-compatible architecture master's lists no tuition, a semester enrolment contribution of about €147.50 (~₹16,000) and estimated living costs near €992 a month (~₹1.09L). Its entry requirement, though, is architecture-focused.

These are planning ranges built from the report's annual living bands, not quotations. Accommodation is the single biggest swing factor — the same city can cost ₹4 lakh a year or ₹8 lakh a year depending only on where she lives.

Treat the official Politecnico, IUAV, DAAD and university pages as the fee authority. Our rupee figures are planning conversions at €1 ≈ ₹110.13 and 1 AED ≈ ₹25.83, and they exclude bank spreads, airfare, visa fees and personal spending.
